What is Venture Day?
Venture Day is an exclusive matching event for startups and scale-ups in the fields of IT, artificial intelligence, IT security, and smart production that are currently looking for financing. We bring founders together with renowned and interested business angels and VCs, offering them an exciting opportunity to present their business ideas.
In this exclusive online format, up to 16 teams have seven minutes to present their vision, their team, and their market potential. The pitch language is English.
The teams gain valuable pitching experience, receive direct feedback, and, in the best case, lay the foundation for successful financing.
How do I apply for Venture Day?
Participation in Venture Day is free of charge and is aimed at startups focusing on IT, artificial intelligence, IT security, or smart production.
Interested founding teams can apply online until September 26, 2025.
All we need from you is the completed application form and a pitch deck that succinctly summarizes your business idea.
Participation in Venture Day is, of course, free of charge!
A jury of experienced investors will review all submissions and select up to 16 startups to present their ideas to a high-caliber audience at Venture Day.

The CyberLab
The CyberLab supports IT startups and people interested in founding a digital company in Baden-Württemberg throughout all phases of the startup process—from the business idea and market entry to financing and the growth phase. The services include start-up consulting and an accelerator program for start-ups in the fields of IT, artificial intelligence, smart production, and IT security, as well as mentoring, infrastructure, networking opportunities, and a lively start-up community.
CyberLab is operated by Hightech.Unternehmer.Netzwerk. CyberForum e.V., which, with its 1,200 member companies, has been providing a basis for successful support for founders since 1997.

Das KI-Investoren-Plugin unterstützt Startups aus der KI- und Tech-Branche in Baden-Württemberg bei der gezielten Investorensuche – durch smartes Matching, individuelle Beratung und Zugang zu einem starken Expertennetzwerk.
Das Projekt ist eine Initiative der KI-Allianz Baden-Württemberg und des CyberLab, dem Startup-Accelerator des CyberForum e.V.
Gefördert wird das Vorhaben durch das Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Arbeit und Tourismus Baden-Württemberg
European Digital Innovation Hub Applied Artificial Intelligence and CyberSecurity (EDIH-AICS)
Das Projekt wird gefördert durch das Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL) der Europäischen Union unter der Grant Agreement Nummer 101083994. Die Projektaktivitäten von EDIH-AICS erfolgen über einen Zeitraum von 36 Monaten unter Beteiligung von insgesamt zehn Partnern aus der TechnologieRegion Karlsruhe. Das CyberForum ist Projektpartner und verfügt durch seine zahlreichen Angebote und seine Erfahrung bei der Umsetzung verschiedener Projekte zur Digitalisierung von KMU über große Expertise, welche in das Projekt eingebracht wird.
